eForms Server by Aloaha

Online form designer Create forms in the browser.

The Aloaha online form designer is a WYSIWYG editor: you place fields where they belong on the page and the server produces the PDF and HTML versions. No downloads, no programming.

What you can place

Input fields

Single- and multi-line text, check boxes, radio buttons and drop-down lists, each with its own validation rule.

Content

Images, plain text and lines to rebuild any paper form.

Buttons and signatures

Function buttons, handwritten signature fields and esignature fields for X.509 certificates.

Rules, letterheads and reuse

Validation: every field can carry a regular expression and an error message, for example for e-mail addresses or ID card numbers.

Letterheads: forms can depend on one or more documents such as a letterhead. Update the letterhead once and every dependent form follows; language-specific letterheads switch the form language automatically.

Reuse: clone an existing form to save time, start from templates, and export forms as backup to restore them later or on another server.

Create your first form

On the demo server or your own installation.

  1. Log in and click Create new form.
  2. Enter a unique Document ID, your e-mail address as notification address and a short description.
  3. Click Create Field to add objects to the page.
  4. Select an object and choose its type under Field Properties; set text, values, images and validation.
  5. Press Show PDF to preview the fillable PDF.
  6. Press Release PDF. The server renders the dynamic PDF and both HTML versions and notifies you by e-mail.
